villge4 Embroidery in Kutch: Village -4

In the area people migrated from the Thar Parkar region of Sindh, and brought with them the long held traditions. The basic stitch for suf embroidery is the triangle. The artisans perfect that simple form, and from it create the infinite intricate patters. Embroidery is done on the wrong side of the cloth.
